This property is not a rental and shall NOT to be rented out to anyone!
Arrival
Upon arrival, check to make sure the place is clean and that everything is in order.
The house is locked and protected with a security alarm system.
Departure
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Set the security alarm.
Clean the house and wash the linen and towels. If you prefer, you can contact Tony to clean the house and do your laundry for a fee.
Take all the trash to the street trash cans. Don't over fill the trash cans. Any trash beyond the limit of the trash cans, please dispose of them yourself.
